Publisher Registration Terms

LINC — The Licensing Network for Content, operated by IntentBridges Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) · Last updated: 2 July 2026

In plain language: registering with LINC is free and creates no obligation. You keep all rights to your content, nothing is licensed by registering, and there is no exclusivity. These terms simply allow us to evaluate your catalog, keep what you share confidential, and contact you about licensing opportunities. Any actual licensing work happens only under a separate agreement you sign later.

1.Acceptance

By submitting the interest-registration form, you ("Publisher") agree to these Registration Terms with IntentBridges Pte. Ltd. ("IntentBridges"), the Singapore-incorporated operator of LINC. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2.What registration is

Registration expresses your interest in AI content licensing opportunities. It permits IntentBridges to review information you provide and publicly available information about your content, assess potential licensing pathways, and contact you about them. Registration is free of charge.

3.What registration is not

Registration does not license, transfer, or commit any content or rights; does not create any exclusivity, agency, or revenue-sharing obligation; and does not oblige either party to proceed with any opportunity. Commercial terms, including any revenue share, are set out in a separate engagement agreement signed before any transaction is pursued on your behalf.

4.Your content and control

You retain all ownership of and rights in your content. You decide what, if anything, is offered, to whom, and on what terms. Nothing is licensed without your written approval.

5.Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's nonpublic information confidential and use it only to evaluate potential opportunities under these terms. This excludes information that is or becomes public without breach, is already lawfully known, is independently developed, or is lawfully received from another source. This obligation continues for 3 years after registration ends.

6.Personal data

Contact details submitted at registration are used to respond to your enquiry and communicate about licensing opportunities, and are handled in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Singapore's PDPA. You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.

7.Withdrawal

Either party may end the registration at any time by written notice (email is sufficient), with no penalty, tail, or continuing obligation other than confidentiality under Section 5.

8.General

These terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship. Neither party may bind the other. IntentBridges may update these terms with notice; continued registration after notice constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Singapore law, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
